Mountain Pools builds on both sides of the Hudson River in Ulster, Dutchess , Columbia, Greene, Delaware, Sullivan, and Orange Counties within a 1.5-hour drive of Woodstock.

    2. MTN shares availability and pricing

    3. Introductory phone call

    4. MTN sends information packet

    5. Site visit

    6. $2,000 deposit for construction reservation

    1. We decide on pool shape, size, stair, and cover

    2. MTN issues fixed-price contract with start and completion dates

    3. You provide site drawing

    4. MTN prepares and submits construction permit application

    5. We develop bottom design, select liner, choose plates

    6. MTN orders materials

    1. Excavate- you’re on-site for final siting approval

    2. Assemble walls

    3. Pour concrete bond beam

    4. Shape excavation

    5. Trowel walls & install equipment

    6. Trowel floor

    7. Install liner

    8. Backfill- you’re on-site for final grading and pool lesson

    1. Free initial maintenance visit with chemicals

    2. Your contractor installs decking

    3. MTN finishes in-season cover closing-out contract

    4. MTN installs winter cover at closing
