Fix

At Mountain Pools we have full-time crews available to fix your pool. This work generally falls into two categories: service work and liner replacements.

SERVICE WORK

Pool service crew with their trucks

We replace all pool components- pumps, filters, salt systems, chlorinators, heaters, valves, gaskets, etc.

We pressure test. We patch. We plumb. We make it work again.

We charge a flat fee for well-defined jobs, like a pump replacement. We charge for time and materials for custom jobs like leak detection.

We work on all pool plumbing and equipment. We don’t work on gunite nor fiberglass pool shells. We don’t do masonry work.

LINER REPLACEMENTS

Creating the vermiculite concrete mix to patch the pool base before laying a new pool liner.

Overview

Pool liners are replaced every 10-20 years. As liners age they fade, get brittle, crack, then leak. Cracked liners can be patched a limited number of times before requiring replacement. Replacing the liner transforms the pool’s look.

The Mountain Pools crew that replaces your liner is the same crew that installs liners on our new builds. We first repair the base and walls supporting your new liner so that your new liner lasts. We’ll have your new liner installed in a couple weeks.

Liner pattern options are available for viewing here. We also have brochures and samples to help guide you.

Liner replacements typically cost $8,000 to $12,000 depending on pool size, condition, distance from our shop, and your liner pattern choice. We require a $1,000 deposit to reserve a place on our schedule. We don’t replace liners for above-ground pools.
